At Maaness, we are committed to delivering thoughtfully designed kidswear with care, efficiency, and reliability. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our operations, and we work diligently to ensure your curated selections reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

All orders placed on the Maaness website are processed within twenty-four hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once processed, orders are dispatched through our trusted logistics partners. We currently offer domestic shipping across India.

• Standard Shipping: Delivery typically within three to five business days.
• Express Shipping: Delivery typically within two to three business days, depending on the delivery location.

Maaness strives to offer same-day dispatch wherever possible for orders placed within the designated cut-off time. Dispatch timelines may vary based on product availability, order volume, and operational constraints.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Due to our automated fast-processing system, there is a very limited window to correct an address. If you believe you have entered the wrong shipping details, please contact our concierge team immediately.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer will be considered undeliverable. Such orders may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges for undeliverable orders are non-refundable.

Maaness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by our courier partner. We advise you to contact the courier service and local authorities for further investigation.

Maaness allows return requests to be initiated within seven days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

In the rare event that items are temporarily out of stock, Maaness will wait for all items to become available before dispatching the order to ensure a complete delivery.

All prices displayed on the Maaness website are inclusive of applicable domestic taxes. There are no additional import duties for orders shipped within India.
